Charming Billy

William (Michael Hayden) grew up in a typical town in the Midwest, but he’s suffered many indignities throughout the years. His childhood was especially traumatic, as he was forced to deal with his verbally abusive father, Raymond (Chelcie Ross). As an adult in a tiny town, he finds limited career opportunities, and his wife, Linda (Sally Murphy), bullies him as much as Raymond. On a seemingly ordinary day, William suddenly snaps, climbs a water tower and begins gunning down innocent locals.
