Body Art (TV)

This documentary comes from Wellspring Media and explores some of the countless ways different cultures have modified their bodies through the ages. Spanning several centuries, the program looks at such ancient customs as piercing, tattooing, and scarification, as well as such modern practices as plastic surgery. Released in 2000, Body Art was directed by Kevin Bachar.
