After showcasing three of the five Small Axe films, Steve McQueen is set to have the international premiere of Blitz at the New York Film Festival. After world premiering at the London BFI Film Festival on October 9th, he’ll be jetting down to the big apple to close out the 62nd edition. Many were scratching their heads when it was announced that the film favored a London premiere – many had the film on their Venice, Telluride and Toronto bingo cards.
